Beautiful show. Loved the easy flow and deep dives. Fun to look at the two arm chairs and sculptural wall. Host and guest were perfect.

Thanks for that, a fascinating discussion, happily containing friends' (and other strangers') names from decades ago to ones recently made.

Yours, (fatiguedly?),

Awesome conversation! It's good to see you again, Elizabeth, and to hear about all your Dylan adventures on the road. Congratulations on the St. Bonaventure gig! My mother's name was Bonnie, so I'm fond of any team that calls itself the Bonnies.

Thanks, Graley! It was a pleasure to talk with Liz about her work and her time on the road.

Thank you so much for sharing!! It's a perfect match for the earlier conversation. Dr. Cantalamessa encouraged me more than anyone else to keep in touch with the 'current' philosophical discourse. In all its manifestations.

So i also take the opportunity to repeat the 'good luck with the defense - and the best of the best of luck for the next stage' !!!

Thank you, Walter! I agree that Liz is a force! We definitely need to see what she does next. I hope she’ll publish her dissertation. It’s certainly something I would love to read.

'Dr. Cantalamessa' really sounds weird ;) 😂

maybe it's also a once-and-never-again-please event, the promotion.

but sometimes you have to get over a hurdle.

anyway she said somewhere in the conversation. that she doesn't like to listen herself. but she has never hid that she 'knows' that she's a (more than) excellent teacher. and conversation partner.

and the promotion ceremony will be quite an event.

P. S. i had to laugh when you mentioned your i forgot how many terabyte database with all Dylan's bootlegs ;)

I once mentioned his page on the internet archive (on twitter), that probably has all of them online.

and hardly anyone reacted. but i also have that impulse to archive things before they get lost :)

and as always there's many such instances in the conversation that make you think. really really nice.

Thanks so much Erin and Elizabeth- Great conversation! I share a lot of your thoughts. And I was also in Tulsa in 2019 and was thinking that I really belonged and felt great during these days. Thank you again from Anne Sofie in Denmark ( hope to see you in Europe , I have tickets for Paris and London)
